Alright, so in conclusion of Thursday, we all had dinner at Diaz Tavern (this week most meals were covered by the trip cost, so they took us to this amazing restaurant and we could order whatever we wanted). This dinner, not even joking, took 4 hours. In South Africa there is emphasis on communication and talking with friends and family for long periods of time. They believe that if the waiter asks you for your order immediately it's rude, and rushing the moment. So, yes, our dinner was verrry drawn out and relaxed, and your food pretty much completely digests in between each serving (drinks, appetizer, main course, dessert).
